Sunday, June 22nd as first planned, Eric and his team of six were going on the boat to survey the underwater town of Oakville just to see the devastating result of the floods. As they explicitly described it, two levees broke and all the waters from both came rushing down Oakville. Picture a bowl of water - and thats how it looks right now.
